Delivery coverage
BMB currently serves supported postal codes across India. Availability is confirmed using the delivery address entered during checkout.
Delivery estimates
The estimated delivery window and any shipping charge are shown before payment. Estimates can change because of location, inventory, weather, or carrier conditions.
Tracking
When tracking is available, updates are shared through your account and the contact details provided with the order.
Delivery issues
If a parcel is delayed, damaged, or marked delivered but cannot be found, contact BMB with the order number so the shipment can be investigated.
