Return eligibility
Eligible products may be requested for return within seven days of delivery. Items should be unused, complete, and returned with their original packaging and proof of purchase.
Exceptions
For hygiene, safety, or customization reasons, some products may not be returnable. Any exception will be shown on the relevant product or order page.
Inspection and refund
Returned items are checked before approval. Once approved, the refund is sent to the original payment method; bank processing times may vary.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact BMB promptly with order details and clear photos so we can arrange a replacement, return, or refund as appropriate.
